I take that back about economic classes originating with Marx. I went to the library and found out that his big idea was that history is comprised of conflicts, and various stages of conflict as humans developed wherein class conflict is a constant in various forms, culminating with the bourgeoisie and the proletariat and their swords for each other, but classes is more like a scientific term. Dumb again. Luckily, after capitalism comes the workers' revolution and then HEAVEN!!
