detoxic waste
I am quitting smoking YET AGAIN!! after smoking myself to smithereens in TO this beaster weekend.
My head hurts. I'm dizzy. I have no answers for any of your questions.
I think I'll try to sweat out the toxins in the next couple of nights. Put way too many blankets and pajamas on, drink lots of water b/f I go to bed, and keep the heat cranked.

oh, and, of course, the doctor reccommended pineapple cleanse. I'm excited. Maybe I'll splurge and do the saltwater cleanse too!!
